When Amtrak resumes Winter Park Express ski train service from Denver’s Union Station on Friday, service will be expanded to include all Fridays as well as Saturdays and Sundays.

Service last year included only two Fridays a month, along with all Saturdays and Sundays. This year, the train will run Friday through Sunday every weekend from Jan. 10 through March 29. Fares start at $29 each way for adults and are available at . Tickets are sold separately, so you don’t have to return on the same day. You could, for example, go up Friday and come back Sunday, or even go up Sunday and return the following Friday.
