Three Denver dispensaries issued a voluntarily recall on marijuana products Friday due to elevated yeast and mold counts.

Altitude East, Altitude West and Altitude the Dispensary made the recall after an investigation by the Denver Department of Public Health and Environment found “potentially unsafe levels of yeast/mold” in plant material, according to a news release.

The stores’ flower, pre-rolled joints, shake, trim and other products with the OPC codes 403R-00029 and 403R-00012 are subject to the recall.

Customers and businesses who purchased these products before Jan. 9 should dispose of them or return them to the store.
