Thompson Valley dominated the interior, snagging 60 of all rebounds and blocking four shots in their 43-35 victory over Centaurus on Tuesday, Jan. 14.
Thompson Valley was lead in scoring by Kate Gentrup who put up 11 points while also collecting 11 rebounds. Amelia Solt had a notable night, recording eight points, one rebound and two assists.
Centaurus was paced in scoring by Julia Mischke who scored 15 points, while also recording two rebounds and two assists. Laura Gensert helped by chipping in seven points and three rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Thompson Valley heading to play Mountain View and Centaurus taking on Longmont.
