The Canon City Tigers easily defeated the Elizabeth Cardinals by a score of 77-21 on Thursday.
Canon City was paced in scoring by Jerika Moore who put up 25 points while also recording six rebounds and one assist. Mady Ley helped by chipping in 14 points and two rebounds.
Elizabeth was paced in scoring by Shelby Gardner who put up six points, while also collecting four rebounds and one assist. Daisy Strobel had a good night, scoring five points.
Looking ahead to their next games, Elizabeth will play host to Pueblo South, while Canon City will travel to play Mitchell.
