Cherokee Trail was paced in scoring by Isaac Tesfaye who put up 12 points, while also collecting seven rebounds and two assists. Jermaine Vincent II helped by contributing eight points and four rebounds.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Overland hosting Grandview and Cherokee Trail taking on Mullen.
