The Prairie View Thunderhawks easily handled the Aurora Central Trojans by a score of 55-15 on Thursday.
Prairie View was paced in scoring by Lilianna Ortega who scored 17 points while also collecting eight rebounds and two assists. Madelyn Schmidt helped the effort by chipping in nine points, four rebounds, and three assists.
Aurora Central was paced in scoring by Aryannah McClain who scored 11 points, while also recording four rebounds and two assists. Ashonna Harlan and Zhiyyah Brooks-Jones also had notable games contributing two points each.
Looking ahead to their next games, Aurora Central will play host to Vista PEAK Prep, while Prairie View will travel to play Gateway.
