Nadia Trevizo-Medina lead Lakewood with 18 points scored while also recording four rebounds and three assists. Mariah Ramos recorded a double-double, scoring 11 points and collecting 12 rebounds.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Lakewood hosting Ralston Valley and Fairview taking on Mountain Range.
