Delta owned the paint, grabbing 61.5 of all rebounds and swatting six shots in their 83-31 win over Basalt on Saturday.
Delta was paced in scoring by Hunter Hughes who put up 17 points while also collecting four rebounds and three assists. Nate Workman and Colbi Braslin also had notable games contributing 14 points and 10 points, respectively.
Basalt was paced in scoring by Wish Moore who scored nine points while grabbing five rebounds. Marlon Nelson and Alberto Alvarez also had productive performances contributing six points each.
Looking ahead to their next games, Basalt will play host to Vail Christian, while Delta will travel to play Montrose.
