The Glenwood Springs Demons narrowly won over the Rifle Bears in a 49-45 game on Friday, Jan. 17.
John Iuele lead Glenwood Springs with 18 points scored while also collecting three rebounds and two assists. Mitchell Burt helped the effort by chipping in 12 points, eight rebounds, and two assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Glenwood Springs heading to play Grand Junction Central and Rifle taking on Steamboat Springs.
Rifle has not reported any team or player statistics from this contest.
