The Kit Carson Wildcats easily handled the Granada Bobcats by a score of 51-31 on Friday, Jan. 17.
Allison Gekeler lead Kit Carson with 15 points scored while also collecting five rebounds and two assists. Reyna Isenbart recorded a double-double, scoring 12 points and collecting 11 rebounds.
Granada was paced in scoring by Stajah McGee who put up 14 points while collecting two rebounds. Naudia Morales had a good night, recording nine points, three rebounds and two assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Kit Carson heading to play Flagler/Hi-Plains and Granada taking on Springfield.
