The Mead Mavericks easily handled the Roosevelt Roughriders by a score of 71-29 on Saturday, Jan. 18.

Mead was lead in scoring by Will Maher who scored 23 points while also collecting three rebounds and four assists. Trey Ward helped the effort by chipping in 16 points, four rebounds, and three assists.

Roosevelt was paced in scoring by Devean Patrick who accounted for six points while grabbing four rebounds. Lucas Moore helped the effort by chipping in six points, two rebounds, and three assists.

Mead will stay home and play Erie, while Roosevelt will travel to play Frederick.
