Legend dominated from downtown, hitting nine threes in their 55-53 victory over Ponderosa on Friday, Jan. 17.
Legend was paced in scoring by Garrett Siebert who accounted for 19 points while also recording 11 rebounds and one assist. Tanner Lamb had a notable night, recording 10 points.
Ponderosa was paced in scoring by Gabe McDevitt who scored 15 points, while also recording four rebounds and two assists. Austin Valdez and Luke Bille also had respectable games contributing 12 points and 10 points, respectively.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Legend heading to play Castle View and Ponderosa taking on Heritage.
