The Canon City Tigers easily put away Mitchell by a score of 63-23 on Tuesday.
Canon City was paced in scoring by Jerika Moore who accounted for 22 points while also recording seven rebounds and one assist. Kate Tedquist helped by contributing 16 points, three rebounds, and three assists.
Mitchell was paced in scoring by Torrai Logan who accounted for eight points, while also collecting six rebounds and one assist. Amari Davis had a solid night, scoring eight points.
Next up for each team, Canon City will stay home and play Woodland Park, while Mitchell will travel to play Sierra.
