Mead could not overcome Holy Family in 52-44 loss on Thursday.
Holy Family was lead in scoring by Alyssa Wells who scored 13 points while also collecting two rebounds and two assists. Tyler Whitlock helped by chipping in 11 points, three rebounds, and three assists.
Mead was paced in scoring by Maddie Muntz who accounted for nine points while grabbing five rebounds. Charlotte Brennan aided the effort by chipping in nine points and two rebounds.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Holy Family hosting Frederick and Mead taking on Berthoud.
