
The Arvada West Wildcats easily defeated the Pomona Panthers by a score of 67-25 on Friday.
Arvada West was paced in scoring by Calaiya Vickles who put up 20 points while also collecting three rebounds and two assists. Payton Reed recorded a double-double, scoring 12 points and collecting 17 rebounds.
Pomona was paced in scoring by Mia Lobato who accounted for eight points. Alex Stunkard and Celeste Florez also had respectable games contributing seven points each.
Looking ahead to their next games, Arvada West will stay home and play Lakewood, while Pomona will travel to play Westminster.
