Lyons let it rain from downtown, hitting 41.2% of their attempts in their 54-50 victory over Longmont Christian on Friday.
Tucker Mills lead Lyons with 22 points scored while also recording seven rebounds and four assists. Gage Basey and Nathan Richardson also had respectable performances contributing 12 points and 11 points, respectively.
Longmont Christian was lead in scoring by Nick Holst who put up 20 points, while also collecting three rebounds and one assist. Ryan Shellenberger aided the effort by chipping in 15 points, two rebounds, and five assists.
Lyons will play host to Clear Creek, while Longmont Christian will travel to play Mile High Academy.
