
Mead made their presence felt from downtown, sinking 10 treys in their 83-56 win over Berthoud on Saturday.
Trey Ward lead Mead with 20 points scored while also recording one rebound and four assists. Will Maher and Nick Jacobs also had respectable performances contributing 19 points and 13 points, respectively.
Berthoud was paced in scoring by Brent Hoogland who accounted for 18 points, while also recording three rebounds and one assist. Cooper Hidalgo helped the effort by chipping in 14 points and six rebounds.
Looking ahead to their next games, Mead will play host to Windsor, while Berthoud will travel to play Frederick.
