Vail Christian was paced in scoring by Alec Moritz who accounted for 20 points while also collecting three rebounds and two assists. Hayden Sticksel aided the effort by chipping in 19 points, three rebounds, and four assists.
Hotchkiss was lead in scoring by Jacob Palecki who accounted for 10 points. Brian Gonzalez had a productive night, scoring eight points.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Vail Christian hosting West Grand and Hotchkiss taking on Vail Mountain.
