Briggsdale made their presence felt from beyond the arc, sinking 37.5% of their shots in their 54-40 win over Caliche on Saturday.
Braden Krise lead Briggsdale with 15 points scored while also recording four rebounds and three assists. Malik Carlson and Wyatt Patton also had solid games contributing 11 points and 10 points, respectively.
Caliche was paced in scoring by Taylor Breidenbach who scored 10 points, while also collecting 11 rebounds and one assist. Traevin Jones had a solid night, recording seven points, two rebounds and one assist.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Briggsdale heading to play Front Range Baptist and Caliche taking on Wiggins.
