Caprock Academy narrowly lost to De Beque in a 45-41 contest on Saturday.
De Beque was paced in scoring by Jaden Jordan who put up 15 points while also recording six rebounds and two assists. Logan Wingfield helped the effort by contributing 14 points and five rebounds.
Looking ahead to their next games, De Beque will stay home and play Paonia, while Caprock Academy will travel to play Dove Creek.
