The Cheyenne Mountain Indians earned a win when they defeated the Pueblo South Colts 69-53 on Saturday.
Cheyenne Mountain was lead in scoring by Javonte Johnson who put up 37 points while also collecting 15 rebounds and four assists. Jaedn Harrison had a solid night, recording 12 points, seven rebounds and five assists.
Pueblo South was paced in scoring by Tarrance Austin who accounted for 19 points, while also collecting 10 rebounds and three assists. Gavin Eborn helped by chipping in 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Cheyenne Mountain hosting Lewis-Palmer and Pueblo South taking on Pueblo Central.
