Doherty dominated from beyond the arc, drilling 40% of their attempts in their 57-40 win over Palmer on Friday, Jan. 24.
Doherty was paced in scoring by Taylor Corsi who accounted for 13 points while also collecting eight rebounds and one assist. Makenzie Noll and Payton Sterk also had productive performances contributing 10 points and nine points, respectively.
Palmer was lead in scoring by Alyssa Rodriguez who scored 18 points, while also recording two rebounds and two assists. Zion Cantres aided the effort by chipping in nine points and seven rebounds.
Next up for each team, Palmer will play host to Rampart, while Doherty will travel to play Liberty.
