Vail Christian could not keep up with Holly, fall 40-32 on Friday, Jan. 24.

Indigo Miller-Barnes lead Hotchkiss with nine points scored while also collecting four rebounds. Elsie Vazquez and Lottie Hollembeak also had productive performances contributing seven points each.

Vail Christian was paced in scoring by Mccurdy Grace who accounted for 13 points, while also recording nine rebounds and two assists. Daisy Palacio had a solid night, scoring six points.

Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Hotchkiss heading to play Rangely and Vail Christian taking on Liberty Common.
