Fountain Valley narrowly won over the Pikes Peak Christian Eagles in a 42-39 showdown on Thursday.
Tilly Rahm lead Fountain Valley with 18 points scored while also grabbing eight rebounds. Amaya Thomas helped the effort by chipping in nine points, two rebounds, and two assists.
Pikes Peak Christian was lead in scoring by Bailey Qualls who put up 13 points while grabbing one rebounds. Bella Burnside aided the effort by chipping in 12 points and two rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Fountain Valley heading to play Edison and Pikes Peak Christian taking on Elbert.
