The Cherokee Trail Cougars defeated the Eaglecrest Raptors by a score of 60-48 on Wednesday.
Dominique Rodriguez lead Cherokee Trail with 22 points scored while also collecting seven rebounds and three assists. Makayla Hemingway and Mia Collins also had notable outings contributing 17 points and nine points, respectively.
Eaglecrest was paced in scoring by Jadyn Ross who accounted for 21 points, while also recording five rebounds and two assists. Laci Roffle had a respectable night, recording eight points, four rebounds and three assists.
Eaglecrest will play host to Overland, while Cherokee Trail will travel to play Cherry Creek.
