The Liberty Lancers narrowly lost to the Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans in a 51-48 showdown on Thursday.
Danae Christensen lead Fountain-Fort Carson with 19 points scored while also recording 12 rebounds and one assist. Raekyiah Williams had a notable night, recording nine points, 18 rebounds and one assist.
Liberty was lead in scoring by Lydia Marshall who put up 16 points while collecting four rebounds. Jacy Rohr and Talia Lollich also had notable performances contributing eight points each.
Looking ahead to their next games, Fountain-Fort Carson will play host to Palmer, while Liberty will travel to play Rocky Mountain.
