The Steamboat Springs Sailors narrowly won over the Eagle Valley Devils in a 61-59 showdown on Tuesday, Jan. 28.

Steamboat Springs was paced in scoring by Dawson Lindquist who scored 20 points while also collecting six rebounds and one assist. Jackson Metzler and Eric Pollert also had notable outings contributing 14 points and nine points, respectively.

Eagle Valley was lead in scoring by Carlos Sanchez who scored 17 points, while also collecting four rebounds and four assists. Nando Vidurri and Bryan Martinez also had notable performances contributing 14 points and 10 points, respectively.

Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Steamboat Springs hosting Summit and Eagle Valley taking on Grand Junction Central.
