The Pine Creek Eagles earned a win when they defeated the Coronado Cougars 57-47 on Wednesday, Jan. 29.
Adrian Dominguez lead Pine Creek with 14 points scored while also collecting five rebounds and five assists. Peyton Westfall aided the effort by chipping in 10 points.
Coronado was paced in scoring by Ladarius Mays who scored 16 points while grabbing seven rebounds. Brycen Scherr and Kane Rempel also had notable performances contributing 14 points and 12 points, respectively.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Pine Creek heading to play Doherty and Coronado taking on Palmer.
