The Rock Canyon Jaguars defeated the Ponderosa Mustangs by a score of 48-38 on Wednesday, Jan. 29.
Rock Canyon was paced in scoring by Quint Geck who accounted for 12 points while also recording one rebound and one assist. Jalen Ashley and Jake Hassett also had respectable outings contributing 10 points and nine points, respectively.
Ponderosa was lead in scoring by Gabe McDevitt who accounted for 14 points, while also collecting six rebounds and two assists. Ben Jones aided the effort by chipping in seven points and four rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Rock Canyon heading to play Heritage and Ponderosa taking on Mountain Vista.
