Lake County could not keep up with Holly, fall 60-52 on Thursday, Jan. 30.
Sheridan was paced in scoring by Elijah Jones who put up 27 points while also collecting five rebounds and three assists. Alex Medina and David Marquez III also had good performances contributing 15 points and nine points, respectively.
Lake County was lead in scoring by Dylan Windorski who accounted for 15 points. Anthony Martinez helped the effort by contributing nine points.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Sheridan heading to play Bruce Randolph and Lake County taking on Jefferson.
