The Thompson Valley Eagles easily defeated the Longmont Trojans by a score of 60-39 on Friday, Jan. 31.
Thompson Valley was paced in scoring by Sydnee Durtsche who scored 19 points while also collecting six rebounds and five assists. Amelia Solt and Novi Briggs also had notable games contributing 17 points and 12 points, respectively.
Longmont was paced in scoring by Emmelia Ashton who scored nine points while collecting four rebounds. Sarah Wormke helped by contributing eight points, three rebounds, and two assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Thompson Valley heading to play Niwot and Longmont taking on Silver Creek.
