Valor Christian dominated from downtown, sinking 37.5% of their attempts in their 76-48 victory over Lakewood on Saturday, Feb. 1.
Talin Unruh lead Valor Christian with 16 points scored while also recording four rebounds and one assist. Rocky Beers recorded a double-double, scoring 13 points and collecting 10 rebounds.
Lakewood was lead in scoring by Michael Bennett who accounted for 17 points, while also recording five rebounds and three assists. Kyle Wisniewski had a productive night, scoring 14 points.
Next up for each team, Valor Christian will play host to Pomona, while Lakewood will travel to play Chatfield.
