The Prairie Mustangs narrowly lost to Lone Star in a 50-46 game on Monday, Feb. 3.

Lone Star was lead in scoring by Alison Davis who put up 17 points while also collecting 17 rebounds and one assist. Alivia Weathers had a solid night, recording 16 points, one rebound and four assists.

Prairie was paced in scoring by Makayla Baker who accounted for 25 points, while also recording two rebounds and five assists. Bobbie Schriener had a notable night, scoring nine points.

Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Lone Star heading to play Deer Trail and Prairie taking on Addenbrooke Classical Academy.
