Haxtun outlasts Akron, winning by a score of 43-38 on Tuesday, Feb. 4.
Bella Tori lead Haxtun with 17 points scored while also collecting eight rebounds and one assist. K’lyn Bornhoft helped by chipping in 11 points, three rebounds, and three assists.
Akron was lead in scoring by Nadalyn Poss who put up 14 points, while also recording nine rebounds and two assists. Tori Lundquist and Bailee Clarkson also had respectable performances contributing 10 points each.
Next up for each team, Akron will stay home and play Wiggins, while Haxtun will travel to play Kit Carson.
