The Lakewood Tigers won by just a single point over the Chatfield Chargers, winning 53-52 on Wednesday.
Lakewood was paced in scoring by Aaliyah Sabala who accounted for 12 points while also recording three rebounds and one assist. Nadia Trevizo-Medina helped by chipping in 11 points, two rebounds, and nine assists.
Chatfield was paced in scoring by Keyana Sande who put up 13 points, while also collecting five rebounds and two assists. Grace Talbot aided the effort by contributing 11 points, four rebounds, and three assists.
Looking ahead to their next games, Lakewood will play host to Columbine, while Chatfield will travel to play Dakota Ridge.
