The Niwot Cougars earned a win when they defeated the Thompson Valley Eagles 42-30 on Tuesday, Feb. 4.
Niwot was paced in scoring by Cooper Sheldon who scored 14 points while also collecting seven rebounds and five assists. Austin Rathburn helped the effort by chipping in 11 points, seven rebounds, and two assists.
Thompson Valley was paced in scoring by Damon Davis who put up eight points while collecting three rebounds. Andrew Wiersma aided the effort by chipping in six points.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Niwot hosting Greeley Central and Thompson Valley taking on Centaurus.
