The Castle View Sabercats narrowly lost to the Rock Canyon Jaguars in a 66-64 contest on Tuesday, Feb. 4.
Jalen Ashley lead Rock Canyon with 24 points scored while also collecting seven rebounds. Tommy Rau aided the effort by contributing 10 points and seven rebounds.
Castle View was lead in scoring by David McKean who scored 18 points, while also collecting four rebounds and three assists. Caleb Hanchett helped by chipping in 12 points, five rebounds, and two assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Rock Canyon heading to play Chaparral and Castle View taking on Heritage.
