Alamosa had a field day from three-point land, sinking 40% of their attempts in their 60-45 victory over Monte Vista on Friday.

Alamosa was lead in scoring by Ian Jackson who accounted for 21 points while also collecting six rebounds and four assists. Donovan Ramirez had a good night, recording 20 points, two rebounds and three assists.

Monte Vista was lead in scoring by Jarren Chavez who scored 21 points while grabbing three rebounds. Nick Torrez helped the effort by chipping in nine points.

In their next games, Monte Vista will play host to Pagosa Springs, while Alamosa will travel to play Montezuma-Cortez.
