
Nucla easily put away Caprock Academy by a score of 68-36 on Friday.
Tyler Wytulka lead Nucla with 25 points scored while also collecting nine rebounds and one assist. Cael Spangler and Logan Weimer also had respectable performances contributing 16 points and 10 points, respectively.
Caprock Academy was paced in scoring by Bryson Anderson who accounted for 14 points, while also collecting three rebounds and two assists. Andrew Jordan had a productive night, scoring eight points.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Nucla heading to play Mancos and Caprock Academy taking on Vail Christian.
