Kevin Mulligan lead Golden with 21 points scored while also recording five rebounds and two assists. Alan Acevedo aided the effort by contributing 12 points and two rebounds.
Evergreen was paced in scoring by Jackson Mott who put up 14 points, while also collecting five rebounds and one assist. Griffin Lauritano and Jared Stiller also had respectable games contributing 12 points and 11 points, respectively.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Golden hosting Green Mountain and Evergreen taking on Pomona.
