Green Mountain made their presence felt from downtown, hitting 10 threes in their 52-23 win over Standley Lake on Saturday.
Green Mountain was lead in scoring by Blake Schell who put up 20 points while also grabbing two rebounds. Austin Peterson helped the effort by chipping in 13 points and four rebounds.
Standley Lake was lead in scoring by David Crosby who scored nine points while grabbing two rebounds. Eldar Djedovic had a good night, scoring six points.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Green Mountain heading to play Golden and Standley Lake taking on Wheat Ridge.
