Haxtun was paced in scoring by Taylor Schram who put up 10 points, while also recording two rebounds and two assists. Bella Tori and Brooklyn Davis also had notable games contributing seven points each.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Kit Carson heading to play Idalia and Haxtun taking on Merino.
