
The Grand Valley Cardinals easily put away the Basalt Longhorns by a score of 60-27 on Saturday.
Jordyn Pittman lead Grand Valley with 19 points scored while also recording 15 rebounds and three assists. Taygann Schoeppner had a notable night, recording 12 points, three rebounds and one assist.
Basalt was paced in scoring by Zoe Vozick who put up eight points, while also collecting four rebounds and one assist. Riley Webb had a good night, scoring seven points.
Next up for each team, Basalt will play host to Roaring Fork, while Grand Valley will travel to play Gunnison.
