The Rocky Ford Meloneers easily defeated the Hoehne Farmers by a score of 58-32 on Saturday.
Abi Snyder lead Rocky Ford with 23 points scored while also recording nine rebounds and one assist. Meghan Saltzman and Lily Hancock also had productive games contributing 13 points and 11 points, respectively.
Hoehne was paced in scoring by Jessica Sakariason who scored eight points. Averie Navarette helped by contributing seven points, seven rebounds, and two assists.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Rocky Ford hosting Swallows Charter Academy and Hoehne taking on Rye.
