James Irwin let it rain from beyond the arc, sinking eight treys but ultimately fell 53-47 to Colorado Springs Christian on Saturday.
Caleb Stockton lead Colorado Springs Christian with 21 points scored while also collecting 10 rebounds and seven assists. Josh Erickson had a respectable night, recording 12 points, seven rebounds and one assist.
James Irwin was paced in scoring by Keith Fonoimoana who put up 17 points while collecting five rebounds. Dereck Lebron Burgos helped the effort by chipping in 14 points.
Looking ahead to their next games, Colorado Springs Christian will stay home and play Salida, while James Irwin will travel to play Colorado Springs School.
