The Palisade Bulldogs narrowly won over the Steamboat Springs Sailors in a 35-33 contest on Saturday, Feb. 8.

Palisade was lead in scoring by Alexis Marushack who accounted for 12 points while also collecting 16 rebounds. Magdalena Latek had a solid night, recording seven points, three rebounds and two assists.

Steamboat Springs was paced in scoring by Shelbee Weiss who put up 10 points while grabbing six rebounds. Katie Lake aided the effort by chipping in seven points.

Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Palisade hosting Rifle and Steamboat Springs taking on Battle Mountain.
