Vail Christian let it fly from beyond the arc, sinking 14 threes in their 85-51 win over Caprock Academy on Saturday.
Jamison Lee lead Vail Christian with 26 points scored, while also racking up two assists. Alec Moritz recorded a double-double, scoring 20 points and racking up 11 assists.
Caprock Academy was lead in scoring by Daniel Spinu who scored 16 points, while also collecting five rebounds and one assist. Kale Dohrman and Andrew Jordan also had good outings contributing 13 points and nine points, respectively.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Vail Christian heading to play Hayden and Caprock Academy taking on Ouray.
