The Rifle Bears earned a win when they defeated the Summit Tigers 50-40 on Tuesday.
Rifle was paced in scoring by Trey Lujan who put up 25 points while also collecting seven rebounds. Tido Ruiz and Kade Bishop also had notable outings contributing eight points each.
Summit was paced in scoring by Cameron Kalaf who accounted for 12 points, while also collecting six rebounds and two assists. Hector Diaz helped by chipping in 11 points, five rebounds, and two assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Rifle heading to play Glenwood Springs and Summit taking on Lake County.
