The Niwot Cougars earned a win when they defeated the Greeley Central Wildcats 44-39 on Tuesday.
Niwot was paced in scoring by Cooper Sheldon who put up 16 points while also collecting seven rebounds and one assist. Kyle Reeves had a productive night, scoring 15 points.
Greeley Central was paced in scoring by Isaiah Flores who put up nine points while also dishing out one assists. Ben Kingsford and Arturo Guzman also had productive games contributing eight points each.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Niwot heading to play Silver Creek and Greeley Central taking on Centaurus.
