Limon dominated the post, grabbing 64 of all rebounds and blocking seven shots in their 75-35 victory over Calhan on Tuesday.
Limon was paced in scoring by Trista Marx who put up 16 points while also recording five rebounds and three assists. Toni Lopez and Amy Weisensee also had solid games contributing 13 points and 10 points, respectively.
Calhan was paced in scoring by Jenni Ellis who scored 17 points, while also collecting three rebounds and one assist. Kaylee Ricketts helped the effort by chipping in 10 points.
In their next games, Limon will play host to Byers, while Calhan will travel to play Fountain Valley.
